+Deposit and Cancellation Policy
For trips booked more than two days in advance, a deposit is charged at the time of booking to hold your reservation. If you must cancel or reschedule your trip 72 hours or more from your scheduled trip time, your deposit will be refunded. Cancellations inside of 72 hours will forfeit the deposit.
For trips booked 24hrs or less in advance, full payment is required at the time of booking. If you must cancel or reschedule a trip booked 24hrs or less in advance, you will forfeit the full trip cost.
In the event of increment weather conditions that your Captain considers unsafe, we will work with you to either reschedule or cancel your trip. A full refund will be issued if the trip is cancelled.
Please note that a 4% booking fee is added to all online transactions. You may pay the balance of the cost of your trip at the dock with credit card or cash, or pay online the day before your trip if you prefer.
